July 6 - 9th 2012 It's Going Down!

Friday, July 6th at 6:00 p.m. 

  • 6:00 p.m. Greeting at the Hotel. 
  • 7:00 p.m. Dinner (catered) 
  • 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Hustle/Line Dancing Rehearsal 
  • 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Bowling 
  • 12:00 a.m. return to the hotel 

Saturday, July 7th beginning at 10:00 a.m. 

  • Shopping and Lunching 10:00 to 1:00 p.m. (Eastwood Shopping Center) 
  • Williams-Willette Red Carpet Event Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Sharp! (Put on your best evening-wear this is an elegant event! Dinner will be catered!) 
  • Williams-Willette Family Variety Hour (featuring talent of the Williams-Willette Family) Professionally videotaped event! Taping Begins at 7:15 Sharp
  • Family Remembrance  (Please be sure to submit photos to me of our loved ones that have passed along with date of birth and death, if you have video that would be great too!) 
  • Dancing Hour from 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. 
  • Event concludes at 9:30 p.m. 
Sunday, July 8th beginning at 11:00 a.m. 

  • Church is open and available for anyone that wishes to attend 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Whatever church you choose to attend is fine) 
  • Macedonia International or Pilgrim Rest (The choice is totally up to you!) 
  • Williams-Willette Family Fun-Day! Hawk Island from 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Picnic, Volleyball, and Softball) 
  • 7:00 p.m. Movies - 9:00 p.m. 
  • Back to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. 


Monday, July 9th beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Farewell) 

  • Brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (catered) 
  • Acknowledgments 
  • Event ends officially at 12:00 p.m.

Williams-Willette Red Carpet Event© one Videotape is also included in the price of the reunion (one per-family please) Additional DVD's maybe purchased. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery for both video and books as they will be coming directly from the printers.



Some items will be available at the time of the reunion. Such as, 200 T-shirts, 200 Baseball Caps, 200 Red Carpet Event Program, and one family photographs per family. One T-Shirt, One Baseball Cap, One Red Carpet Event Program per person. Additional Shirts, Baseball Caps, Event Programs may be purchased at the event. Other items:

Williams-Willette Family Tree Book will be placed on order (one book per family please) Additional books may be purchased.
